Welcome Remarks
International Conference on Science and Applied Sciences (ICSAS) was first held in 2016, as a forum to accommodate researchers, lecturers and other practitioners who want to communicate research results in the field of physics and its applications as well as current topics related to physics. Furthermore, to bring together scholars, leading researchers and experts from diverse backgrounds and applications areas in science related to physics. Special emphasis is placed on promoting interaction between the theoretical, experimental, and applied sciences so that a high-level exchange in new and emerging areas. Thereafter, ICSAS was held every year until 2023. In 2023, ICSAS was set to be held biannual. In the 9th event in 2025, the 9th ICSAS was held together with International Conference of Theoretical and Applied Physics (the 14th ICTAP) as a joint conference of ICSAS-ICTAP 2025 as officially-part of the Physical Society of Indonesia (PSI).
We are pleased to invite all physicists, researchers and postgraduate students to disseminate research results in this conference. Researchers/physicists with extraordinary achievements from all over the world are invited to present their best results and motivate other participants in this forum. The presented and selected papers at a joint conference of ICSAS-ICTAP 2025 will appear in proceeding indexed by Scopus.

Presentation Guidelines
- Authors should prepare presentation materials in PowerPoint or Portable Document Format (.pptx or .pdf).
- Presentations and the materials should be in English.
- Each Presenter has 10 minutes to deliver the presentation and 2 minutes Q&A.

Submission Policy
An author is allowed to participate in a maximum of two papers. All accepted papers must be presented at the conference. Otherwise, they will not be included in the conference program and will be excluded for publication.
Plagiarism Policy
Every manuscript submitted in ICSAS-ICTAP 2025 is checked for plagiarism after submission and before being sent for review process.
ICSAS-ICTAP 2025 uses ‘Turnitin Software’ to detect instances of overlapping and similar text in submitted manuscripts.
It is important that you ensure your submission has not been submitted to another conference or journal.
Submission Checklist
Before all of you submit the manuscript, please follow the guidelines when preparing your paper:
- The paper includes the author’s name and affiliation (full address including country).
- Authors/Co-Authors may submit no more than two papers.
- There are no page numbers, or headers and footers, within the paper.
- The File is free of formatting errors (e.g. corrupt equations, missing or low-resolution figures).
- All pages are portrait (landscape pages should be rotated).
- Reference lists are checked for accuracy. References can only be linked via Crossref if they are correct and complete.
- Figures are placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.
- A thorough proofread is conducted to check the standard of English and ensure wording is clear and concise.

Peer Review Process
All submitted papers will be processed through a formatting review by the editor and a substantial review by reviewer. The reviewing process is conducted by a single-blind review. The reviewers are chosen by an editor based on their expertise. The decision regarding article publication is based on the review result.
Authors must submit their papers through the system. Please note that we don’t accept submissions by email.
